FoodFx Intellectual Property & Licence

Implementation of the FoodFx system is licensed, not sold.

FoodFx, including its enhancements, operating standards, implementation systems, operational documentation, training materials and future developments, remains the intellectual property of FoodRx.

The organisation receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to implement and use the agreed FoodFx system only within the approved operating locations covered by the partnership agreement.

Ownership of the FoodFx system is not transferred.

Replication, distribution, sublicensing or implementation outside the approved operating locations requires the prior written approval of FoodRx.

Why Ongoing Partnership

Assessment identifies. Partnership implements.

The Food & Beverage Ecosystem Assessment identifies opportunities.

The FoodFx Partner Programme translates those opportunities into practical implementation, operational integration, chef training and ongoing refinement.

FoodFx continues to evolve through FoodRx. An Ongoing FoodFx Partnership enables organisations to retain the licence to implement and use the agreed FoodFx system while benefiting from continued refinement, support and future FoodFx developments.
